Prune and Armagnac puree & white soda bread toast.

Tomato & garlic and basil butter.
Melon, mint and pomegranate salad
Feta cheese mousse.

Lightly spiced ratatouille with chickpeas, topped with béchamel and parmesan.
Roast Chicken Supreme
Wild mushrooms, black pudding croquette, mushroom and marsala cream sauce.
Roast loin of pork
Mashed celeriac, honey roast parsnips & calvados jus.
Pan fried cod fillet
Roast red pepper puree, samphire, and toasted hazelnuts.
9oz sirloin steak
Red onion marmalade & béarnaise.
All Fish and Fowl Served with Potatoes and Vegetables.
Dark and white chocolate mousse
Guinness caramel pudding
